3 Year manufacturer warranty

Dahua And Hikvision Products are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty, except all Access Controls, Intercoms, Alarms, and Display Monitors are 2 year warranty, and any spare parts 12 month warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories.

Return and Refund Policy

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

    FREE SHIPPING ON all orders over $300.00 for NSW, ACT customers, anything below is $25.00 per order.

    We use the most efficient postage possible which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email at 11pm on the day that orders are shipped out.

Delivery Time

If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. Please check your spam box for any notification emails from us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local depot.
